The director

With an academic background (holds a PhD in History) and by profession (working as a university researcher), Gwénael LAMARQUE is the head of the MEBA’s directory since 2012.

Project manager

Lucia D., our former European volunteer, is in charge of the development of the MEBA’s projects. Originally from Slovakia, she holds a degree in European Studies.

Communication and mobility coordinator

Dilara Uraz, Turkish of origin, joined MEBA’s team in September 2022 as communication manager and mobility coordinator.
